June Dog Jam June 23rd and 24th, 2012

We really need to have an experienced person on scoring for this event. Since I will probably end up being catch counter in this judging panel and anyone can do that, is there someone else who would like to take over that job and I will head up scoring?

I will be there on Sunday only and can help with whatever is needed. Do you need a catch counter on sunday?

Actually yes we will Laura, since we only have 3 fs judges on Sunday. Saturday is covered.

If there are enough folks helping Friday night, I will walk in the Rochesterfest Parade with PCHS. And if anyone wants to drill up some quarter or half sheet flyers for JDJ, I will hand them out. :mrgreen:

I will not be able to attend since I took on a long, two day rescue transport for three dogs in Louisiana. I can't be away from the internet since I monitor the run and have to deal with any problems immediately. I had no choice about coordinating the run for Jun 23/24. If they don't get out, well, you know:(

Sorry! I hate not to come when I said I'd volunteer to help but rescue is my passion.

Well, Frankie and I are really on a roll this season.

We went out tonight to practice for this weekend and 30 seconds into it I noticed she was bleeding pretty heavily on one side of her mouth. We stopped, drank some water, it stopped bleeding, we started again.
Repeat.
Finally I took a close look, Frank's lower molar is broken! Dammit!

So anyways, were heading to vet tomorrow for what I assume will be an extraction.
I know she would run for me, regardless of any discomfort in her mouth, but it wouldn't be right. I need to take care of her mouth.

So needless to say... We're out for Saturday. :-(

My poor blue dog, she just can't catch a break. We haven't competed once yet this year.

Boo...

On a side note, before this happened, she gave me two perfect, amazing leg vaults!

Well, just to make it a trifecta, I just called and cancelled my room for this weekend. My Transmission is out on my van, so It will probably be a miracle if I make it. (Also, I have family problems) Life is once more getting in the way of my fun.
