Game Date: Friday July 27th
Admission for fans: $10, enter through Gate D only, Gates Open at 4pm
Kickoff is at: 5pm

Info:
Teams need to arrive by 2:45.
Read below for directions on where to enter the gate.
We will be able to play your dogs' music (let Brian know what you want by Monday night!)
We have 6-8 minutes to demo so I will need 4 dogs only. I also need one volunteer to pick up discs.
If you want to come watch the game, tickets are $10 & the concession stand is open the entire game. Immediately after the game, there will be a post game party with a cash bar (dogs will not be allowed up by the concession).

-The parking lot normally reserved for buses that we can access off of 11th street is open and free to park in for the game. This lot is located on the East side of the dome towards the Interstate. As you pull in the lot on the left there is a huge gate which is the loading dock gate, you can pull up to the gate and advise them you are the halftime entertainment for the National Nineman championship and they will come let you in. Once in there are big yellow electric carts that you can put the dogs on in their kennels. I will need to know an exact count on the number of dogs and handlers you're bringing as I will need to print field passes. We can acquire water for the dogs from inside the dome, make sure to bring stuff to cleanup after the dogs in case they need to go potty. Plan for a 6-8 minute show. Let me know if you have any other questions in case I missed anything-

That looks great! Wish I could get up there and had the performance level to do shows like this. :(

One of Brian's disc doggin' dreams has come true. He wanted to play at the Dome. What a night! We were treated like royalty. We drove down the ramp to the field, parked by the lower level bleachers, set up the dogs & I videotaped the players from about 15ft away as they were called unto the field. Then we watched the game from the 50 yd line. At half-time Shelley & I went up to the press box where she did some broadcast announcing as I was upstairs doing the field announcing while our teams took the field with their dogs. They all did such a good job! Shiner stayed with Paul for more than 1 1/2 min & was not concerned about the crowds, Megan was as cool as a cucumber & did a swell job doing close in work. The crowd appreciated Jack's high floats, Grady's beautiful back vaults & Rocket's speed.

We ended up giving Jay & his team a yellow club disc that the handlers signed on the front & we also wrote a congrats on there because they won the game 60-26! It is now on their team photo & will be displayed in their trophy case!

I am so proud of our demo teams!

Here's a note from Jay:

"Thanks to you all for a great show. I watched it last night in High Def off of the raw footage and it was great. Can't wait for the bonus footage from the on field camera's".
