MN Disc Dog discussion

Hey Everyone!

The Toss & Catch Fun Match was a lot of fun last year! We are going to do it again this year on May 8, 2010 in Jordan.

The Fun Match is an informal, laid-back competition, great for newbies who want to try their hand at competition in a very low-pressure environment. The match will be scored, but scores will not be posted on the forum and no awards will be given.

We will do two different Toss & Catch games:

Neither game is nearly as complicated as they may sound--at the handler's meeting prior to the competition we will explain the rules!

Start time: Handler's meeting will begin at 1:00pm with comp to begin immediately afterward
Registration: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
Registration fees: FREE for all participants

I know. That's cause I did it right this time.

Please post here if it you are planning on coming to this event and are willing to help out in some way. I would like to get at least a few people trained in on judging Catch 22 and UFO-style toss and catch, so if you are interested in learning to head judge, line judge, or assistant judge, let me know.

We are going to do a grill and chill afterwards. At some point I'll people to post what they are bringing, but that can wait awhile.

I'm planning on being there, and can help with about anything.

I'll be there! I'll help however I can! I supposed I could learn to judge... That might be fun!

I plan to be there, can help with stuff and can line judge.

Normally that'd be enough to get me anywhere. Sounds like fun, wish i could go.

Because..... Um.... It costs a lot of money to drive constantly between here and MN. Yeah that's it. I think that's a valid excuse, is it not?

Nope no excuse.

Damn.... then.... um... OOO look at the snowflakes....

I'm sure a few snow flakes are no match for the Dog Master 5000.
